Medicare, Long-Term Care Insurance and Private Pay

• Long Term Care (Private Insurance) – The Responsible Party is obligated to maintain a zero balance when invoices are submitted (weekly). Gaddiel Home Care Services Inc is only responsible for submitting your insurance claims.
• Private Pay – The Responsible Party is obligated to maintain a zero balance when invoices are submitted weekly to Gaddiel Home Care Services Inc.

Medicaid Programs

• Medicaid (CCSP) – The Responsible Party is obligated to make weekly co- payments to Gaddiel Home Care Services Inc. CCSP is responsible for all other payments.
• Medicaid (Source) – Medicaid is fully responsible for invoices. Source clients will never be responsible for making any payments to Gaddiel Home Care Services Inc.
