Meet Our Team
We Will Take Care of Your Loved Ones
Josephine Apuri-Ndepeh, MBA
In 2012, when Josephine contemplated the idea of starting her own care company, she received invaluable advice: “When it comes to running a care company, good leadership, managerial skills, and, above all, a loving and caring HEART for others are essential.” This guidance resonated deeply with her, and in April 2014, Gaddiel Home Care Services was born.
Josephine has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Information Studies, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration, She embarked on this journey with a strong educational foundation. However, she soon discovered that the success of her company would rely on more than just academic qualifications. It would require an incredible administrative and nursing team, complemented by a dedicated field staff.
Driven by her unwavering commitment to the Golden Rule — “Treat others as you would want to be treated” — she has established and continues to cultivate a family-centered company. At Gaddiel Home Care, our genuine care emanates from the depths of our hearts. Every decision we make, every service we provide is infused with a sincere desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
Our mission extends beyond mere provision of care; it encompasses fostering an environment of compassion, respect, and support. We strive to create a sense of belonging and security for our clients, treating them as cherished members of our extended family. Through our actions and commitment, we endeavor to uphold the values of good leadership, managerial expertise, and a profound love and care for others that were imparted to us from the very beginning.
Manager / Client Coordinator
I graduated from Quincy College in the Class of 2015 with a double major in A.A.S Degree. Over the past 7 years, I have served as the Manager and Client Coordinator at Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the performance of our caregivers and staff, as well as coordinating care for our valued clients.
During these 7 years, I have not only acquired knowledge about the industry but have also been able to apply that knowledge to my work. Gaddiel Home Care Services has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth, allowing me to continuously learn about our ever-evolving field. I am grateful to be able to engage in the work that I am passionate about, which is serving and assisting people in need.
Through my experiences, I have come to understand the significance of kindness and compassion in the workplace. I firmly believe that regardless of our roles, we must remember that at the core, we are all human beings. This mindset has guided my interactions with both clients and colleagues, fostering an environment of empathy and support.
Administrator / Client Administrator
After having the opportunity to care for a family friend who unfortunately developed an incurable illness, I witnessed firsthand the challenges she faced in finding a dependable care team. With over 14 years of experience in strong leadership roles, it became evident to me that my skills were needed in this industry. I have always had a natural inclination to provide services that help the community and find practical solutions for families on a daily basis.
By prioritizing the utmost quality of care within our agency and fostering excellent communication with our clients and their families, I derive immense joy in seeing the smiles and sense of relief on their faces. Witnessing the positive impact we make on their lives brings me a profound sense of fulfillment each day.
