In 2012, when Josephine contemplated the idea of starting her own care company, she received invaluable advice: “When it comes to running a care company, good leadership, managerial skills, and, above all, a loving and caring HEART for others are essential.” This guidance resonated deeply with her, and in April 2014, Gaddiel Home Care Services was born.

Josephine has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Information Studies, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration, She embarked on this journey with a strong educational foundation. However, she soon discovered that the success of her company would rely on more than just academic qualifications. It would require an incredible administrative and nursing team, complemented by a dedicated field staff.

Driven by her unwavering commitment to the Golden Rule — “Treat others as you would want to be treated” — she has established and continues to cultivate a family-centered company. At Gaddiel Home Care, our genuine care emanates from the depths of our hearts. Every decision we make, every service we provide is infused with a sincere desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

Antonette Roye is a registered nurse who provides care and medical services to patients. She is a lifelong learner who loves patient care. Antonette obtained a BSN in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a BSN in Healthcare Administration concentration in Management from the University of Phoenix. Antonette’s passion is patient focused care.
